FAQ’s

After checking out and your payment has gone through, you will get a Confirmation email with your order summary. Please check your junk/spam folders as sometimes these emails may end up there.

I usually take a few days to process and package orders and ship out batches of shop orders either every week or every two weeks.

Please allow 2 weeks to receive a “Fulfilled” email with your tracking number (if an International Order). Again please check your junk/spam folders.

Please note: Order fulfilment time does not equal shipping times. Please see below for average shipping times

All Domestic : Orders from Brazil)  Are sent out via SEDEX. Orders with SEDEX will arrive in 3-5 Business days. Tracking number will be sent to your email when order has been shipped out. 

All International :  International orders have two shipping options. Standard Shipping and Tracked Shipping. 

Standard Shipping will be sent out via letter mail to help out with expensive shipping costs. (Standard Shipping does not have a tracking number.)

Tracked Shipping will have a tracking number that will be sent to your email so that you may track your order. 

Please allow 1-8 weeks for your order to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive after 8 weeks please send me an email: [email protected]

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged.

If you’ve entered your address incorrectly or would like to adjust the items you’ve purchased please contact me as soon as possible and I will try my best to accommodate.

However if the shipment has already been sent out there is nothing I can do at that point.

The buyer is responsible for any possible customs fees or import taxes (including VAT) that may apply.
